Connectors for your box.

Your stuff, plugged in. Your say, always.

What it reads is kept on your box. Anything it sends is a card you approve. Unplug any time. Not here? Your box can build it.

Live

Google (Gmail + Calendar)

Live

so it can read your inbox

What it can see
Reads your email and calendar
What it can do
Saves email drafts only after you approve a card. Never sends email.
How you connect
Connectors → Google (Gmail + Calendar) → Connect on your box, then allow on Google’s screen. Google hasn’t finished verifying magic box yet, so for now only Google-approved test accounts can connect, and Google asks you to sign in again every 7 days.

WhatsApp

Live

so you can message it like a friend

What it can see
Reads the chats you point it at
What it can do
Sends only after you approve a card with your passkey. Takes commands only from your own Message-yourself chat. The link is unofficial (your box joins as a linked device, not as a WhatsApp partner app), so there is a small risk WhatsApp bans the number.
How you connect
On your phone, type “link WhatsApp” in your box chat. It gives you an 8-letter code to enter in WhatsApp → Settings → Linked devices → Link a device → Link with phone number instead. Your phone cannot scan a QR code shown on the same phone.

iMessage (from your Mac)

Live

needs your Mac switched on

What it can see
Your recent iMessages and texts, with your contacts’ names, passed along by a small helper on your Mac.
What it can do
Sends only after you approve a card with your passkey. Your Mac has to be switched on for messages to sync and send.
How you connect
On your box: Connectors → iMessage → Get my install line. Paste it into Terminal on your Mac (macOS 13.5 or later), allow Full Disk Access for ‘node’, and let it control Messages the first time it sends.

Google Drive (add-on)

Live

so it can find the doc you mean

What it can see
Finds your files and reads Google Docs, Sheets and Slides as text. PDFs and other files show their name and link only.
What it can do
Read only. It never changes, shares or deletes a file.
How you connect
Connect Google first, then Connectors → Google → Add Drive, and allow on Google’s screen.

Telegram

Live

so you can message it like a friend

What it can see
Reads your chats.
What it can do
Sends only when you say yes. You can message your box from your Saved Messages.
How you connect
Connectors → Telegram on your box.

Coming soon

Photos

Coming soon

so a photo of a flyer becomes a plan

What it can see
See photos you share with it
What it can do
Kept on your box
How you connect
Connection details coming soon.

Strava

Coming soon

so it sees the runs

What it can see
Read your activities
What it can do
Read only. No activities changed.
How you connect
Connection details coming soon.

Bank

Coming soon

read only, to spot the spending

What it can see
See transactions
What it can do
Can never move money
How you connect
Read-only connection (planned). Details to come.

Build your own

Anything else

Live

Ask for something it can't reach, or send it a link it can't open. It offers to build itself a connector, and shows you a card first.

What the card shows
Every website it would reach, any key it needs (you paste keys in Settings → Things I built; the code never sees them), and whether it only reads.
How it runs
Boxed in, on your box, reaching only those websites. Undo or remove it any time.
Or have Claude build it
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Codex in Settings → Other assistants with a key that can propose changes to your box. What they build arrives as a card that says who sent it.
What won't work
Sites that block cloud computers (YouTube and Instagram often do), private accounts behind a login (a private Instagram never works), and services that need “Sign in with…” (coming). It needs a box set up for building: new boxes are; an older box has to be set up again first.
